🎉 Big news from Ardmore City Schools! 🎉
16 ACS administrators and staff, along with 9 staff members from 6 area school districts, are now Mindset Foundations Certified Instructors! We were thrilled to host the regional Mindset Foundations training and can’t wait for our new instructors to bring these tools to every ACS school — helping us create safer, more supportive learning environments for all students.
According to Mindset Safety Management:
“The MindSet approach stands out by prioritizing prevention, evidence-based practices, holistic training, cultural competence, collaboration, long-term outcomes, and continuous improvement. These principles collectively contribute to creating safer, more supportive environments where individuals feel empowered and capable of managing and preventing crises effectively.”
A huge shoutout to Mindset Instructor Jackie Holland and our amazing ACS Operations Team and APAC Team for setting up the training space and making this event a success! Go Tigers!!
